The Young Ambassadors for Opportunity network is comprised of hundreds of amazing young leaders committed to making a sustainable impact in the fight against global poverty. These Young Ambassadors not only advocate, educate and fundraise on behalf of Opportunity International, but they also create innovative and influential solutions to big challenges through their careers. We thought it was time to celebrate these accomplishments.

Each month, we will meet a Young Ambassador who is also an entrepreneur (or intrapreneur) by trade or by hobby. Each Entrepreneurcast will feature a Young Ambassador who will share his or her story of creating a business, and all of the victories and challenges that come with it. Viewers will have the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about entrepreneurship and connect personally with members of our incredible YAO community. We hope you will join us.

This week, we met Amanda Britt, Founder and CEO of Panzanzee, Chicago’s social impact shared office space, incubator and entrepreneur community. Panzanzee drives revenue, optimizes profit, educates and expands market reach to early and growth-stage startups and companies, all with the intention of creating a national pipeline of fundable companies that create sustainable solutions to the world’s toughest social challenges. Amanda is a long-time Opportunity supporter and an original YAO member—helping to form and eventually serving as Chair of our Chicago chapter. She credits her experiences with Opportunity as being foundational in her decision to start Panzanzee, and we are so thankful for the time she spent sharing her story with us.
