Our Impact

Opportunity International's commitment to measurement, research, and learning reflects and enriches our mission to empower people to break the cycle of poverty for themselves and their families.

As a learning organization, we are committed to innovation, testing, evaluation, and scale. As we continue to develop new programs to better serve our clients and advance our mission, we regularly evaluate the efficacy and impact of our programs. What is working well? How can we scale those programs to reach even more families living in poverty? And equally importantly, what isn't working as effectively as we hoped?

Ultimately, we want to empower and equip the clients, families, and communities we serve. Our measurement approach and commitment to research and learning help us do just that.

Who We Serve

Our programs are designed to serve families that all too often have been left out of the traditional economy or systemically marginalized in their communities. We aim to reach people living in extreme poverty, farmers, women and girls, youth, vulnerable populations like refugees, and more.
