Stand up to global poverty, expand your community and see the world. We’re launching a contest for members of Young Ambassadors for Opportunity (YAO) to travel with us.
YAO members who recruit three friends with their member referral link (check your email inboxes!), will be entered in a drawing to win a spot on the February 2013 YAO Insight Trip to India.
The See the World contest runs until Sunday, September 30, 2012, and if we don’t reach the goal of 400 YAO members by then, the drawing will not happen. So members, start recruiting and share YAO with your friends and networks.
If your name isn’t drawn in the sweepstakes, you’ll still have one more chance to win. The YAO member who recruits the most new members overall will win a second-place spot on the trip too.
YAO’s life-changing Insight Trip to India will introduce you to Opportunity clients and staff who are transforming their lives through microfinance. You’ll get up close and personal with a sustainable solution to global poverty and you’ll learn what you can do to help. Believe us when we tell you that you’ll be transformed by the experience.

Not a YAO Member?
YAO members not only get the chance to See the World, but they learn how to end poverty, contribute to local and regional events, and connect with passionate people raising awareness and funds to end global poverty through Opportunity International. Members travel on annual trips abroad to see microfinance at work, and get members-only access to industry experts, news and networking opportunities. Most of all, they have the satisfaction of knowing they’re contributing to an innovative and sustainable solution to global poverty. You can join or renew your YAO membership with a monthly gift of $12 or an annual gift of $142.
