Sophia Campello BeckwithSenior Director, Strategy and Client Success, Agriculture Finance

Sophia Campello Beckwith serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Client Success at Opportunity International where she leads strategic initiatives to advance financial inclusion, gender equity, and sustainable impact. With a background in strategy, change management, and inclusive finance, Sophia has spent the last decade working across Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America, helping organizations develop impactful and sustainable projects and products.  

Prior to joining Opportunity full time, she led a boutique consultancy primarily focused on developing and scaling education-, agriculture- and climate-tech products. Her career spans management consulting at EY and Accenture, as well as extensive work in social entrepreneurship and development/blended finance. 

She holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town and a BA in International Relations from The George Washington University. 

She currently lives in Cape Town, South Africa.
