Rich MoePrincipal Technical Program Manager, Digital Innovation Group

Rich has over 30 years of experience in software engineering, program management, product development, and technical leadership across gaming, mobile, cloud computing and AI/ML industries. Since joining Opportunity International in October 2024, Rich has led digital innovation initiatives where he oversees technical program implementation, drives product excellence, and focuses on scaling innovative digital solutions.

Prior to joining Opportunity, Rich managed a team of Engineering Program Managers at Apple, partnering with research and engineering teams to create groundbreaking AI/ML technologies across Apple products. His career includes executive and leadership positions at Amazon, Microsoft, and various gaming studios including GameHouse, Atari, and Humongous Entertainment.

Rich holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst's Isenberg School of Management and a BA in South Asian Studies from the University of Washington.
