Ken Wathome is the Chairman of the Board of NW Realite Ltd, Property One Ltd, a property consultancy firm in Kenya. Ken served as a CEO of NW Realite Ltd from 2001-2012. Prior to NW Realite Ltd., Ken was a principal partner in Ngotho Wathome Co Ltd., the forerunner company to NW Realite. Ken has extensive expertise in Strategy, Leadership, Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructuring, and Property Development. Ken currently serves as Chairperson of Transformational Business Network East Africa and is a board member of Opportunity International Savings and Loans Ghana.

Ken is a Trustee of Beacon of Hope and Nairobi Chapel. He earned a Global Executive MBA at the United States International University in 2017 and graduated from Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management (OPM) Program in 2011. Ken received a B.A. degree in Land Economics from the University of Nairobi in 1985 and was awarded a Diploma and membership of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya in 1987. Ken and his wife Jane live in Nairobi, Kenya.
