Erika RodriguezVice President, Strategic & Financial Planning

Erika Rodriguez serves as Vice President, Strategic & Financial Planning, a key role in Opportunity International's finance team. Through budget management, forecast development, and strategic planning, Erika builds and executes short and long-term organizational strategies.

Erika joined Opportunity in 2014 as Senior Financial Analyst, where she helped oversee financial planning, management reporting, and operational analysis. In 2018, she became Senior Director, Financial Planning Analysis, and led the annual budget and monthly forecasting processes.

Prior to Opportunity, Erika held financial planning and treasury roles at the Archdiocese of Chicago. She also worked with JPMorgan Chase’s commercial banking team to manage and expand government and non-profit portfolios.

Erika has a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Business from National Louis University.
