Sandra DavisChair and Founder, MDA Leadership Consulting

Sandra Davis comes to Opportunity with over 27 years experience in psychology, leadership consulting and succession planning. She is Founder and CEO of MDA Leadership Consulting, responsible for leading the senior team in strategy development and execution; developing strategic alliances around the world; working with clients on succession planning, CEO selection and development; and managing the company’s P&L. As an assistant professor at the University of Minnesota she developed and taught classes on career exploration/choice for IT students and on the life experience of women in traditionally male fields. 

Sandra is a published research author on topics ranging from leadership roles, human resources development, to bringing outside talent into an organization and psychological assessment as an organizational strategy. Sandra has a Ph.D. in counseling and industrial psychology from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in psychology and German with high honors from Iowa State University. She also speaks French and Mandarin Chinese.
