In 2018 Opportunity partnered with Three Stones International to conduct a study to further understand the effectiveness of its School Improvement Loan product after multiple cycles by identifying dimensions of change and assessing the breadth and depth of programmatic impact on a sample of participating schools, students, parents and the wider community.
