By Diane Ferguson

Ever struggled with how to pass along your philanthropic passion to your children? We know the life-changing impact that an Insight Trip can have on a family when it's experienced together as a family. If you're longing for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, then register today to travel with us to Colombia from July 20-26 on this carefully crafted trip that has been planned with your whole family in mind.

A colorful street in the "walled city" of Cartagena, Colombia.

You will create lasting memories as you experience the abundance that Colombia has to offer with your loved ones at your side. In addition to exploring Colombia’s vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, rich history, and notable architecture, the highlight of the trip will be the intimate look you get into the lives of our amazing, hardworking clients.

Be prepared to witness the transformative impact your generous partnership has created when we meet and interact with our clients face-to-face, led by our local and U.S. staff. We've designed a family-friendly weeklong sojourn through two of Colombia’s most dynamic cities, Bogotá and Cartagena. We'll also take an overnight trip to the Islas del Rosario, a national park that includes 27 small coral islands surrounded by coral reefs and spectacular turquoise water. Enjoy water activities, explore the magnificent plants and wildlife the islands have to offer, or relax on the beach. This excursion has something for everyone.

Children of 12 years and older will get the most out of this trip, but please feel free to discuss with Susana Georgescu, Opportunity International’s Education Coordinator, at [email protected], if you are interested in bringing younger children.

This unforgettable experience will open your childrens' minds to philanthropy, exploration, and different cultures. Discover the wonders of Colombia. Discover the world of Opportunity.
