Donor Trust Groups bring together individuals and families who are interested in global philanthropy to create a shared, deep impact on a specific part of Opportunity’s work.
Five to ten people or families come together to create a Donor Trust Group community where they gather to share stories, build connections, and learn from each other
As a group, they choose a country or program to support and pool their charitable giving to achieve greater impact.
In a Donor Trust Group, you will:
- CONNECT: Meet new people and strengthen friendships.
- LEARN: Learn from Opportunity International field experts about sustainable and responsible economic development. Participate in exclusive events and meet leaders in education, agriculture, digital financial services, and women’s empowerment.
- EXPERIENCE: Take advantage of opportunities to travel together to see your group’s investment at work.
- SHARE: Engage your children and family members as advocates for important causes.
- IMPACT: Pool your philanthropic giving to make a bigger difference.
