Viv helps build people-powered social movements and organizations for global justice. She leads Global & Collective, a social enterprise based in New York working with international organizations including United Nations, non-profits, start-ups and social movements in every region of the world.

Previously CEO of Oaktree, mobilizing 100,000 volunteer members to alleviate extreme poverty, Viv also directed campaigns for Purpose, Make Poverty History, TEAR Australia, Live Below the Line, and was a director of Opportunity International Australia. She is also currently President of Micah Challenge USA.  Viv resides in NYC with her husband, Nick Allardice.
