Laura DesGranges is the Senior Vice President of Marketing, leading the organization’s multi-channel fundraising campaigns; engaging partners and donors with impactful, differentiated storytelling; and building and promoting the brand in the public space.

Prior to working at Opportunity, Laura worked as a consultant for multiple national nonprofits, delivering integrated content that raised awareness, funds, or sales. She honed her marketing and communications skills for a decade in the finance, advertising, and publication industries.

Laura is best known for identifying business opportunities, uncovering actionable insights, and developing strategies that deliver impact. A writer by trade and analyst by heart, her favorite work-pastimes include anything that requires a whiteboard and breaking down big problems into digestible components.

She received her bachelor’s in English Literature from Rhodes College and an MBA from St. Edward’s University. She resides with her husband, children, and cats in Colorado.
