LeAnn Pope is a partner at the Chicago law firm of Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, P.C. and is the founder and chair of the firm's Consumer Financial Services Litigation and Class Action Defense Group. She maintains a national litigation practice concentrating in consumer finance class action defense and multi-district litigation. LeAnn has successfully defended national and regional banks in over 200 nationwide class action cases filed in numerous federal and state courts throughout the country. LeAnn frequently counsels mortgage banking clients on managing litigation and class action risk and compliance with federal and state laws. LeAnn is also a frequent speaker on consumer finance litigation involving the mortgage banking industry and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
LeAnn lives in Winnetka, Illinois with her husband, Clyde McGregor and they are active members of Winnetka Congregational Church. LeAnn has a daughter, Lauren, who recently graduated from Brown University and is working in Chicago, and a son, Alex, who is a freshman at Colorado College.
