Audrey Williams-LeeChief Human Resources Officer
As Global Chief Human Resources Officer of Opportunity International, Audrey Williams-Lee is responsible for resource and succession planning, staffing, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and training, and leadership development. As important, she helps maintain a supportive, collegial work environment that helps employees achieve career goals and champion our core values of commitment, humility, respect, integrity, stewardship and transformation.
Prior to Opportunity International, Audrey was Vice President, Human Resources—Americas at W.W. Grainger, Inc., where she served as a thought leader and advisor to the company's senior vice president and group president on HR strategies for the company in North and South America. She was also Vice President, Global Leadership, Talent and Organization Effectiveness, and led a worldwide team that created scalable and proactive talent management processes that helped the business grow.
Previously, Audrey was Senior Director, US Talent Management, and Senior Director, Global Talent Management, at McDonald's USA. Among other accomplishments, she led talent efforts for the U.S. business, serving as the business partner to the senior leadership team on all executive talent needs, including identification, acquisition, assessment, succession, leadership development and movement. She also developed system-wide talent management processes in the areas of assessment, succession planning and executive development and served as the Talent Management partner for the European and Latin American regions.
Audrey earned a Master of Science in management and organizational behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Northwestern University. She is a member of the board of directors for Hephzibah Children's Association and serves on the Citizens Council for the District 200 Board of Education in Oak Park, Illinois. Audrey attends Judson Baptist Church and serves in the children’s ministry.
